<p>During an Ausar meditation, based upon the Metu Neter by Ra Un Nefer Amen, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace, safety and nurturing. I wondered how I could feel this sensation during my waking hours. As I grow into experiencing this sense of completion and fulfillment, I am gaining new perspectives about the energy of Ra, Kundalini, Chi, etc. One of the insights that I am sharing on this video deals with seeds and the way they are nourished in the ground and how that applies to the life force energy that nourishes us.</p>
